The Senior Program Manager, Community Assessment of Health Providers and Systems/Healthcare Outcomes Survey (CAHPS/HOS) will be responsible for creating and developing a CAHPS/HOS intervention playbook that can be leveraged across the enterprise. The incumbent will develop a tactical roadmap and project timeline for each intervention and initiative, and work within a matrix operations environment to implement and fine-tune these core programs.

As the primary corporate CAHPS/HOS liaison, the incumbent will promote, educate and provide performance-based focus towards the Corporate CAHPS/HOS vision, strategy, and tactical plans to achieve 5 STARS. You will work with the Analytics team to establish new and enhanced CAHPS/HOS measures performance reporting, including targeted reporting for markets. Additionally, the incumbent will assist the markets with CAHPS-related support as appropriate (i.e., questions, training, data-related matters, etc.).

The incumbent must understand each market's CAHPS/HOS goals and ensure focus to achieving goals by assisting markets when barriers impacting their performance arise. The incumbent will attend regularly scheduled STARS performance meetings with key market stakeholders, acting as the CAHPS/HOS Corporate SME, and ensure markets have established key CAHPS/HOS points of contacts from leadership to key contributors.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates and develops a CAHPS/HOS intervention playbook that can be leveraged across the enterprise.

  • Develops a tactical roadmap and project timeline for each intervention and initiative.

  • Works within a matrix operations environment to implement and fine-tune core programs.

  • Acts as the primary Corporate CAHPS/HOS liaison to promote, educate and provide performance-based focus towards the Corporate CAHPS/HOS vision, strategy, and tactical plans to achieve 5 Stars.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong understanding of CAHPS/HOS measures performance reporting, including targeted reporting for markets.

  • Ability to work within a matrix operations environment to implement and fine-tune core programs.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as the primary corporate CAHPS/HOS liaison and attend regularly scheduled Stars performance meetings with key market stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assist markets with CAHPS-related support.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on CAHPS/HOS.

  • Experience in managing projects from conception to completion.

  • Experience in creating and developing CAHPS/HOS intervention playbooks and tactical roadmaps.
